ABOUT ME 🡲 I discovered my passion for digital art when I was around 14 years old, after seeing 3D rendered fanart of an airship from Final Fantasy. Prior to that discovery and in spite my teachers always telling me I was creative, I never had much success putting that creativity to paper; digital design was the first type of art that really spoke to me, that seemed to 'click' in a way nothing else did. It had a profound effect on me during a difficult time in my childhood which I eagerly distracted myself from by diving into 3D modeling, teaching myself with online tutorials. Eventually my efforts led me to join a community called ModDB, where I spent a few years working with small teams creating mods for Half-Life 2.
Along the way I was forced to branch out from 3D modeling to take on other roles we could never quite fill—illustration, animation, video editing—unknowingly laying the foundation for the eclectic blend of skills I use to this day as a freelance designer.
